A versatile fertilizer production system featuring a combined granulation machine has been successfully installed and put into operation. This innovative setup is now efficiently producing both organic and compound fertilizer granules using one integrated system.

The heart of this production line is our specially designed combination granulator, which employs a unique working principle to handle different materials. The machine utilizes a dual-motion mechanism where rotating stirring teeth and an adjustable drum work in coordination. This combined action creates a gentle yet efficient granulation environment - the stirring teeth evenly mix and pre-form the materials, while the rotating drum polishes and compacts them into uniform, spherical granules.

This working principle proves equally effective for both organic and compound materials. For organic fertilizers, the gentle tumbling action effectively binds organic particles without damaging their structure. For compound fertilizers, the mechanical pressure ensures proper compaction and uniform nutrient distribution in each granule.

The installation has demonstrated excellent performance in processing various raw materials, including livestock manure, agricultural waste, and NPK-based powder blends. The successful implementation provides clients with an economical solution that maximizes production flexibility while maintaining consistent output quality.
